This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for our support service, and clarifies what is handled by airlines or ticket issuers.
1. Nature of our service
MSK Flight Support Desk provides explanation and guidance related to existing airline bookings. We do not issue tickets, and we do not control airline decisions on refunds, credits, or changes.
Any refund or cancellation of the actual airline ticket is always processed by the airline or the original ticket issuer according to their own policies.
2. Airline refunds & credits
Eligibility for ticket refunds, credits, or vouchers depends on the fare rules and conditions set by the airline or ticket issuer. We cannot guarantee or influence those outcomes.
We may help you understand the general rules or typical outcomes so that you can make an informed request directly with the airline or agency.
3. Fees for our support
If a separate service fee is agreed for our advisory or administrative work, that fee will be explained to you in advance before you decide to proceed. Any such fee relates only to our support effort, not to airline charges.
Because our work involves time and guidance that is delivered immediately, such support fees may not be refundable once the service has been provided.
4. Changes or cancellations of our support
If you no longer wish to receive our assistance, you may stop at any time. If no work has yet been started, any agreed service fee will not be charged.
If work is already in progress or completed, any refund of a support fee (if charged) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
